Julie, hope you've recovered from the incident with the duvet - sounds nasty.

Comfort in bed is so important for RA sufferers. I was lucky enough to buy a body pillow from Lidl which allows me to raise my right knee and therefore ease pressure on my lower back and pelvis. Best money I've ever spent!Bob

I would just like to add a word of caution about the Tempur matress. I have one and as Amanda says, it's superb HOWEVER if you have back problems, it can be very difficult to get out of as it cushions your entire body and doesn't react in the same way springs do!! Please make sure you try before you buy. I would hate anyone to spend up to 2 grand on a bed and then find they can't get out of it!

Love Jeanxxxx That reminds me of the time when Hazel and I were buying a new bed. We tried one with a Tempur mattress and I simply couldn't get off my back! Of course, it may have been easier if I had use of my legs!Bob

With Tempur is is an entirely different way of sleeping which is why they give you a 60 day slot to make up your mind! LOL
It really does mould to your body!
But beautiful!

hi
my main complaint about the mattress is that it is like a radiator! We have bought a topper that makes it cool. I know now that you can buy these toppers already built in. I would definately get one like this nxt time.
the heat thing might suit some but I get so hot as my joints are so hot and also the Cushings cause such problems with this.

Yes I feel pretty sure Tempur can make you hot although I was hot before we changed mattresses.
We just have the window open all night as always! (well we have half a window currently as the other half blew off! Joy!)
Love, A
